鉴于公司良好的社会信誉和健全的管理体系，近期奥特斯(中国)有限公司被上海市合
同信用促进会评为2012-2013年度上海市“守合同重信用”AAA级企业，这是上海市合同信用促进会对企业颁发的最高级别荣誉。

AT&S (China) CO., LTD was appraised as the AAA enterprise with
good credit in honoring contracts during the year 2012/2013 by Shanghai Municipal Contract Credit Promotion Association, since we have a creditable social reputation and sound management system. This is the highest appraisal level for contract credit of enterprise in Shanghai.
